2023 has definitely been the year of Taylor Swift, and we watched her take over every aspect of our lives, including our fitness routine. Workout videos themed around her music are experiencing a boom on YouTube, and EmkFit’s Emily Thorne shared workouts inspired by all of her eras.
1989 (Taylor’s Version)
1989 is Swift’s latest album to be re-released as “Taylor’s Version”. EmkFit’s workout themed around it features some of Swift’s biggest hits, including “Blank Space”, “Bad Blood”, and “Shake It Off”.
Speak Now gave us such songs as “Back to December”, “Story Of Us”, and “Speak Now”, and if you still haven’t tried burning some major calories to their beat—now’s the time!
Red & Fearless
If you’re in the mood for a fun HIIT dance workout inspired by Swift’s albums Red and Fearless, get ready to work out to the beat of “You Belong with Me”, “I Knew You Were Trouble”, and “We Are Never Getting Back Together”.
Swift’s last album of original work, Midnights, came out last year, and its biggest hits “Anti-Hero”, “Lavender Haze”, “Karma”, and “Bejeweled” are great workout playlist material.
The Eras Tour
Thorne tried to include one song from all of Swift’s albums in her The Eras Tour workout. The original YouTube version is 30 minutes long, but she later shared a full 45-minute workout on her Patreon page.
