Here’s Where the Cast of “Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story” Went to School

Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story is the latest series taking Netflix by storm and it introduced us to many new young actors. If you’re wondering where they went to school before being cast in the Bridgerton prequel, we’re here with all the hot tea!

India Amarteifio

Amarteifio discovered her passion for dance and acting long before being cast as the young Queen Charlotte. She joined the Richmond Academy of Dance at eleven but decided to focus on acting after a hamstring injury and attended the Sylvia Young Theatre School on a scholarship.

Corey Mylchreest

Mylchreest, who plays the young King George, has also been pursuing acting from a young age. He earned a bachelor’s degree in acting in 2020 from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, which counts Anthony Hopkins and Tobias Menzies among its alums.

Arsema Thomas

Arsema Thomas, who plays the young Lady Danbury, has the most interesting educational background among the members of the Queen Charlotte cast. She initially wanted to pursue a safe career, so she studied biophysics at Carnegie Mellon University and later got a Master of Public Health from Yale University.

She even did a TEDx talk on her health app Enki, but decided to shift careers after her father passed away. She took acting courses at prestigious institutions in London, Paris, and New York, before graduating from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art last year.
