Did the Cast of “Never Have I Ever” Go to College?

The fourth and final season of the hit Netflix series Never Have I Ever ended with our favorite characters finally finishing high school. Some of them went on to chase their college dreams but did their real-life counterparts go down the same road after high school graduation?

Maitreyi Ramakrishnan (Devi)

The leading lady Maitreyi Ramakrishnan deferred her acceptance to the theatre program at York University in Toronto after winning the role in this series and switching her degree to Human Rights and Equity Studies after her second deferral in 2021.

Darren Barnet (Paxton)

Darren Barnet is a trained actor who went from being a captain of the lacrosse team in high school to chasing his dream to become an actor by graduating from Berry College with a Bachelor of Arts.

Jaren Lewison (Ben)

Like his character Ben Gross, Lawison is a huge overachiever. He was a full-time student at the University of Southern California while filming this show and he got his bachelor’s degree in Psychology with minors in Forensics and Criminology in 2022.

Ramona Young (Eleanor)

Ramona Young is as passionate about acting as her character – she graduated early from California State University, Los Angeles, and later studied acting at Playhouse West.

Lee Rodriguez (Fabiola)

Rodriguez fell in love with acting while attending Encore Jr./Sr. High School, a school that specializes in arts, and decided to make it her full-time career following graduation.

Ramona Young (Eleanor)

Ramona Young is as passionate about acting as her character – she graduated early from California State University, Los Angeles, and later studied acting at Playhouse West.
