Ingredients:
- 1 cup of frozen strawberries
- 2 dates, pitted
- 1/4 cup of avocado
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
- 2 scoops of vanilla-flavored protein powder
- A splash of water or almond milk, for blending
Instructions:
