How Often To Practice

This largely depends on your age. For fully grown adults, it’s recommended to practice transcendental meditation twice a day for up to 20 minutes at a time. Children and teenagers, however, are recommended to practice for shorter periods due to having less of an attention span. The amount of time you can maintain your concentration will also affect the duration of your meditation sessions.
