If you’re in the mood for a fun HIIT dance workout inspired by Swift’s albums Red and Fearless, get ready to work out to the beat of “You Belong with Me”, “I Knew You Were Trouble”, and “We Are Never Getting Back Together”.
Swift’s last album of original work, Midnights, came out last year, and its biggest hits “Anti-Hero”, “Lavender Haze”, “Karma”, and “Bejeweled” are great workout playlist material.
