Where Did the Cast of “S-x Education” Go to School?

The fourth and final season of S-x Education marked quite a shift for our favorite characters, as they left Moordale Secondary School for the Cavendish College. The academic journey of some of the actors playing them was just as wild, and here’s where they went to school before turning to acting.

Asa Butterfield

College wasn’t in the cards for Butterfield, who was only seven years old when he started acting, and he eventually only graduated from the Stoke Newington School.

Ncuti Gatwa

After completing his high school education in Edinburgh and Dunfermline, Gatwa moved to Glasgow. He got a Bachelor of Arts in Acting from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland in 2013 and later received an honorary doctorate from his alma mater.

Emma Mackey

Emma Mackey has a lot in common with her character Maeve Wiley. She moved from France to the UK to study English language and literature at the University of Leeds before deciding to give acting a shot.

Connor Swindells

Swindells’s academic journey has been pretty rocky and he dropped out of college at 17 after attending Rydon Community College and Steyning Grammar School in Sussex. Like his character Adam Groff, Swindells struggled with school but eventually found his true passion.

Aimee Lou Wood

After graduating from Cheadle Hulme School, Wood decided to take a foundation course at the Oxford School of Drama. She then attended the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and received a Bachelor of Arts in acting before being cast on S-x Education.
