Tips for Better Sleep

Create a Sleep-Friendly Space: Turn your bedroom into a sleep haven. Keep it cool, dark, and quiet. If necessary, use earplugs or a white noise app.

Limit Screen Time: Blue light from your phone and laptop can mess with your sleep. Make sure to ditch the screens at least an hour before bed.

Less Stimulants: Cut back on caffeine and nicotine, especially later in the day. They can really interrupt your sleep.
