Start with your right knee and right palm on a chair or bench and step out with your left foot with your left arm outstretched and holding a dumbbell. Lie on a bench or your bed while facing up. Hold your dumbbells directly over your head with your elbows extended. Bend your elbows and lower the dumbbells to the sides before pushing back up. This exercise strengthens your chest and triceps.
Sit on a chair and hold the dumbbells straight over your head. Slowly bend your elbows and lower the weights until your elbows are in line with your shoulders. Push back up to starting position for a challenging shoulder and lower back workout.
