Ingredients:
For the Dough (makes 1 medium pizza):
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup warm water (105°F)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
For the Toppings:
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Your favorite pizza toppings (pepperoni, sausage, vegetables, etc.)
- Optional: Dried oregano, red pepper flakes
Instructions:
